Leadership
Robb L. Merritt
Robb serves as the President of Merritt Properties. A graduate of the University of Colorado, Robb also received an MBA from Loyola College. Much like his father, he plays a "hands on" role in the day-to-day business of Merritt Properties, and -- true to another family tradition -- Robb learned the development business from the ground up and began his career in the field. He has served as president of the Baltimore Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and currently sits on NAIOP’s National Board of Directors, the Legislative Committee, the Industrial Development III National Forum and the Research Foundation. In addition, Robb is a board member for St. Paul’s School for Girls.

Scott E. Dorsey
