Merritt’s portfolio contains the first LEED Core & Shell, (CS) Platinum building in the Baltimore metropolitan area, one LEED Gold building, eight other registered LEED projects intended for a minimum of Silver certification and three LEED build-out projects pursuing LEED for Commercial Interiors certification. Furthermore, Merritt currently employs eight LEED Accredited Professionals, as well as nine individuals who are Green Advantage Certified.
